I founded French Sales Solutions in 2020 after a decade-long journey with a company that experienced remarkable growth—from $50M to $230M.
I grew with the company ultimately landing multiple promotions up through the Vice President of Sales, overseeing 75+ sales and service professionals across 5 teams.
My expertise lies in business development, scaling sales processes, people management (hiring, firing, and accountability), and refining operational sales and business practices.
With a decade of experience in Sandler sales training, both as an individual contributor and in leadership roles, I now transform sales performance through consulting and fractional VP of Sales engagements.

As I was exploring what would come next for me in my career, what I was finding was that VP of sales jobs were not necessarily the right "fit" for me. I learned a lot about myself in this time period and found that my passion truly lies in helping small to medium-sized businesses with their sales operations. I started learning more about outsourced (fractional) sales management and was instantly intrigued.
The methodology behind it really focused on what I loved to do, helping businesses thrive by improving their processes around sales as well as solving the issue of who's going to help them because it doesn't make sense for most founder led small-to-medium size businesses to hire a $250K+ full-time VP of sales.
That's where my business came about - providing my clients with the skill and expertise to create solid sales foundations that gives the business leaders confidence they can take their business to the next level.
What's a valuable lesson that I've learned in my career?
I've learned so many valuable lessons over the course of my career but I'd say two of the most important are:

At the barn or a horse show with my horses!
My horses and eventing are a major part of my life and truly are one of my most favorite things to do. I own and compete with two horses, Lily and Zia. I've had Lily since 2013, she's a Trakehner and I've had Zia since 2019, and she's Thoroughbred.
I've been involved with horses since I was a kid when my aunt and uncle bought a farm in Indiana that came with two horses. My sister, cousin and I got interested in them and the rest is history! All three of us are still involved in the sport today.
I also spend time volunteering with several horse organizations.
When I'm not with my horses, I'm spending quality time with my husband, Jon, and our two dogs, Brooks and Tux.
